Formed in 1989, Hai Duc Co., Ltd has since become one of the leading supplier and stockist in the bearings products.

Our bearings are being supplied to various exploiting and processing industries such as quarrying, coal, rubber, construction material, sugar cane, steel, paper, mineral mining, etc.

With the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City, we are currently expanding our operations, and this year itself we have extended our product range to include roller chains and seals.

Currently, we are looking for IT administration in Ho Chi Minh  to fit the below requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup, administers and maintains Network infrastructure (LAN, Wifi, Internet and connectivity between branches and head office,..) and network equipments ( switch, router,…)
• Setup, configure, administers, and maintains IBM Server and Windows 2003 Server OS.
• Participate in ERP project (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) in company.
• Administers and monitor ERP system, co-ordinate with ERP vendor to resolve related software’s issues.
• Administers and maintains backup and restore database MS SQL Server.
• Administers and maintains computers, printers, scanners, photocopy, fax, telephone..
• Administers and maintains domain controller, mail system, web server.
• Ensures the safety of information and virus prevention.
• Provide end user support and coordination with vendor to resolve IT related issues
• Recommend IT policies, processes to user.
• Research and recommend hardware and software, purchase, and use to apply IT efficiently.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in IT Engineering or other related IT discipline with at least 2 years IT experience.
2. Must be an independent worker possessing aggressiveness to explore new business areas.
3. A team player who is capable to come up with new ideas or suggestions to result in team growth.
4. Ability to converse in English is an advantage, though ability to write and read is sufficient.
